Day 54

2 Samuel 20-24

Scripture: 22 ¹⁷ “He reached down from on high and took hold of me;
he drew me out of deep waters.

Observation: He helps us out of difficult situations.

Application: I truly believe in this verse…God helps us out of difficult situations but also holds our hands when we have a tough time ahead. I don’t think that if bad things happen to you it is because God is punishing you, but I do think we get tested for reasons. I know I got tested a while back (actually I get tested everyday hahaha) but this was a very very big test and if it wasn’t for God holding my hand there is no way I would have come out of it the way I did…and with holding your hand I mean speaking to you through the Bible, giving you bouts of courage, sending amazing people on your path etc etc

Prayer: thank You thank You thank You Lord…for holding my hand. You help me through and out of deep waters and I thank You for that and for the fact that I know it is You. But thank you also for just holding my hand, even if nothing serious is happening in my life, just keeping me close and guiding me…I literally can’t say thank You enough…please help every single person reading the Bible with me, hold them close and help them to feel your strength when they feel they can’t go on anymore…help them so that they know they are NEVER alone You are always there! In Your almighty name we pray…Amen
