Week 16- Check in

Hi everyone!

How are you all doing? How was your week last week? Mine was better than I expected considering it was a prophet! But I think now that I studied a bit about the Old Testament things are just clearer and I find things more interesting because I want to learn and can see stuff I just read about etc. But I am afraid Isaiah would never be my favorite book, sorry!hahaha

I have now officially started my prayer journal (and not just have the names and dates floating on pieces of paper everywhere!) and have to say I am already amazed…I have so many things and people I pray for but so many have been answered already. So I decided to put them in the journal too so that I can see it each and every day and be reminded about how wonderful God is and how amazingly powerful prayer is! I knew it was important but I didn’t know HOW important and I didn’t fully realize how powerful it is.

So this week we are still in the prophets, good luck with that and please let me know how far you are when you check in!

And could every one please send up a prayer for Ryan who is leaving us here in South Korea (today actually) that she will find time to keep up with her readings when she gets settled into her new routine (p.s Ry you have a looooong flight ahead of you…just saying hehehe ;)) and that she would find the support and guidance necessary to keep following God and grow even closer to him! You rock girl and I will miss you! X
