Week 6 Check In
Yes it is that time again! Another week gone…time sure flies! How did you do this week? As I said before my week was very busy but I still found my time to read and I am glad I did because we are over the worst part! So well done to each and every one of you whom are on track! It is amazing to know so many of you are doing this and that you are doing soooo well. Yes of course there are a few that are behind but 80% are on track and that to me is truly amazing!
Each and every day when I pray for you I thank God for giving me this opportunity because your emails and soaps and messages you send me are so precious. So thank you for that! I would love it if we could all finish at the same time so those who are behind please try to catch up! Read 1 and 1/2 per day and you will be with us before you even know it!
Another thing I had to start doing recently is say no to people (and that is sooo though!) but I am studying at the moment, working, doing the 180 days and have standing appointments every night of the week for at least an hour…. I just can’t do anymore, so I had to start saying no to some things because to me they were just not as important as the things I committed myself to. And I committed myself to this, I made a promise to you guys and to God that I will do this, so I am going to!!!! So yes some Saturday nights when everyone else go out or to the movies etc I sit at home and study or I have only one weekend a month where I can do just what I want to and the others are geared to studying, reading etc etc But I had to sit down and organize my life for the next six months, I had to give up certain things and add other things, but to me it is totally worth it, because I believe that to me these are the most important things for now! Now saying that a few of us are starting 40 days of praying over lent from this Tuesday (yes tomorrow) which will take about 30min a day, so today at lunch time I am reorganizing my life to make sure I do this at the best possible time for me to get the most out of it etc etc but now I am truly at the max!hahaha so if anyone doesn’t see me for the next 40days you know why hehehe BUT I will still SOAP everyday unless there wasn’t anything for me that stood out, or it is waaaaay to personal J
So please pray for everyone doing this and then also an extra little prayer for us who are doing the prayer study too, we need it!hahah But I believe with God anything and everything is possible so I believe we can all do it!
Ok that is enough from me for today, Good luck for this week!

Please contact me if you have any problems etc or even if you just want to say that you are doing well in your readings...Hearing some of your feedback yesterday at church was amazing!
I am on track. Co is basically in track. Cr and j are to.
ReplyDeleteawesome :)
DeleteWow ~ that was a tough week. Am a little anxious about doing this, the 40 days of prayer, and bible study, but cheerleaders ;-) in my corner, I'm sure I will be fine. Oh, yeah, I'm on track.
ReplyDeleteAgreed it was tough and the next few days are going to be even tougher BUT we are now at a point in the Bible that I absolutely adore, less names and dates and places etc hehe and more stories that I remember from Sunday school so I am excited and just want to keep on reading!but yes it is going to be a challenge but i know we can do it with each others support and God of course! Good luck Lori ;)
