Week 12- Check in

Week 12 Check in

Hi everyone!!!!!

So if you started with us (and are on schedule) then you are at the end of this week officially half way with the reading in 180 days!!!!!WOW

So stick a bookmark or a piece of paper (your finger could also work of course) turn your Bible sidewise and look at how much you have read…now isn’t that pretty cool?!?!

Even if you are behind, you are probably further than maybe ever in your life, or than what you would have been if you weren’t reading with us (so well done!!!)right????

And think about how many people are praying for you constantly and also think about what you have heard from Him so far…I think all of it is cool!hahaha

For those of you are behind: You can do this, if you want to. He will help you. And I will do what I can to help you, too- praying for one, but if there is something else I can do please let me know!!!

For those who or on track: Good job hahaha it is amazing and congrats on sticking to an incredibly worthy goal! I am sure even sermons have more meaning to you now (it does for me for sure!). I am thrilled and excited for you… Keep it up!!

So you have told me why you are reading, you have told when you are reading, you have told me what you are getting out of this etc…now it is time to tell me where you are reading J) it is fun to see sometimes where people are reading!

A few of my crazy places?

  • At school in my lunch hour
  • On a bus (Seoul or Busan trips) when everyone else is sleeping ill be reading on my blackberry.
  • Hiding in the bathroom.
  • At school while my kids are watching a movie (in Korean of course) while waiting for the bus to take them home…maybe I should focus on the movie too then my Korean wouldn’t be this bad hahaha

Ok so good luck for this week and again please know I pray for every single one of you every day!

Blessings

Ilani

  2. On track. I do most of my reading at the kitchen table, but I have read on the bus (on the way to Seoul), on the balcony of our hotel room, on the airplane, and in the car (I wasn't driving). ;-)
