Matthew 10-16

Scripture: 16 ¹⁹ I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

I need Pastor Brandon to explain this verse to me please ;) I have always wondered about this one and know I could possibly read the commentary on it but maybe others are also wondering? Thank you!
